Tamun Hanjra (she/her) is majoring in Psychology with a concentration in Child Developmental Psychology and Behavioral Neuroscience at the University of Illinois. She is currently in her third year and plans on graduating a semester early and working as a full-time researcher her senior year. She is incredibly passionate about writing about feminism, climate change, politics and human rights. Besides writing for VofZ, she is involved in music and band. She has been in the marching arts world since she was 14 (she is about to turn 21 on December 7th!). She is in her Universities drum-line and is a section leader. She hopes to do research and be a professor one day.
